Our consulting engagements start with a discovery period. During this time we’ll understand your business and the results you’re looking to achieve by implementing Salesforce.

After learning more the team will design solution options (leveraging the Salesforce Well-Architected framework) aligned to achieving these desired business outcomes. We’ll review these together, and each solution design option will include a design spec, estimated build cost and timeline. We’ll work with you to mix and match certain functionality to achieve the right balance of solutions, price, and timing.

These estimates will leverage our bottom-up estimation methodology to ensure accuracy. Upon approval of the estimate we’ll begin the build process. We’ll be in touch throughout this process to provide progress updates and collaborate on any questions that arise. And where it makes sense, we can deploy features instead of waiting to test and release everything at once. Once the final pieces of the project are completed we’ll be here to support and iterate on any final enhancements.
