January 16, 2016 - Mindtree announced that it acquired Magnet360 — a Salesforce Consulting firm with locations across the United States including Minneapolis, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
Founded by Matt Meents, Magnet360 quickly grew to become a national presence in the Salesforce consulting space known for implementing rockin’ Salesforce solutions. Their 100 Salesforce professionals joined Mindtree’s existing Salesforce practice.
Magnet360 Post-Acquisition
In 2019 Mindtree was subsequently acquired by Indian conglomerate Larsen & Toubro in a hostile takeover bid. Mindtree combined with their information technology firm to form LTIMindtree.
As of 2024 LTIMintree is listed on the Salesforce AppExchange as a registered consulting partner with over 2,000 certified Salesforce professionals—the bulk of them located in India. Magnet360.com is currently broken domain.
