GearsCRM Acquisition
November 9, 2021 - GearsCRM announced that it was joining forces with PixelMEDIA and Docmation to bring CPQ and Commerce to its existing Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud offerings. The merger was facilitated by BV Investment Partners. The combined firms has a strong presence in New England across Boston and New Hampshire.
Founded by Harry Radenberg around 2009 in Needham, MA. GearsCRM grew quickly to become a national presence in the Salesforce consulting space.
GearsCRM Post-Acquisition
October 2, 2022 - The rebranded company RafterOne was acquired by one of the largest marketing agencies Interpublic Group (IPG), and owns it as a portfolio company across their vast holdings.
In 2025 Harry Radenberg left RafterOne to pursuing writing a novel. As part of the transition many original GearsCRM employees left the firm or were let go as part of the restructuring with IPG.
